CLOTHING RETURN POLICY
If you have received a garment from us that you that you wish to return, we ask that you adhere to the following conditions:
Please either phone us 07 571 1292 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org to advise that you wish to either return or exchange your purchase.
Please return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it
Items must be unworn, unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached.
Please include the original invoice that was included with your Parcel and return to:

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return and recommend that you return items to us by Track and Trace Post or Courier.
If your items are returned in accordance with the above conditions, we will refund the price you paid for the garments (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.
N O N C L O T H I N G R E T U R N P O L I C Y
We are happy to exchange or issue a credit if the item received is not to your satisfaction, providing the item is returned to us within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase and is returned in the same condition it was sent to you in. A copy of the purchase invoice must accompany the return. Return packing and postage is your responsibility and cost.

We quality check all items prior to being despatched, however, should any item be received damaged or broken please contact us immediately. If the item has been damaged in transit we will either replace or refund at our earliest. If the item is out of stock we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund.
